Traveler, a posted a couple of UI ideas for you at http://www.pbase.com/solartrix/eve The main idea is to get rid of the text box and use a more intuitive system to show the pilot the damage info. Let me know what you think.

Traveler, thanks for checking in... I hadn't thought of it quite like that, but you're right, they are the same res as my screen. Guess I'm used to working with higher res photoshop files, that's all.

Heck, take it one more step, allow for different paint schemes. All black, stripes, blue-gray, camo, whatever. Would be cool to tell diff corp players apart just by the color schemes of their ships.

I agree this would be a great feature. Not going to name names, but there's another online game out there that attaches a player's name to whatever they build. It then says "Made by Haas Tabris" in the item info window as long as that item exists...
